文本解读   

年级上册Unit3 Holiday fun属于“人与社会”主题范畴。在本单元的学习之后,学生能够描述自己的假期生活,能够体会度假给生活带来的乐趣,进而生出热爱生活之心。绘本选自《黑布林英语阅读小学d4Moony goes on holiday,是教材内容的拓展与延伸,主题意义进一步深华。

1[What] 主题意义和主要内容

本文通过讲述主人公Moony的地球之旅,向读者传达多样体验、友好接纳、主动融入的生活方式。Moony在月球每天做着同样的事,有一天他觉得无聊了,于是来到地球旅行。到了地球后发现人们都嘲笑他的服装,饿了也没人帮他,周围到处都很吵,所以他想回月球了。回到月球后发现自己的家才是最好的。

2[Why] 写作意图

作者通过讲述主人公Moony的地球之旅,引发读者思考:Moony那么期待去地球,为什么最后又想待在月球上呢?如何使他的地球之旅更有乐趣?

3[How] 文体结构和语言修辞

本文可分为起因、经过、结果三部分:第一部分是Moony在月球每天做着同样的事,有一天他觉得无聊了,看到地球很漂亮,又发现月球上有宇航员和宇宙飞船,于是想到地球旅行。第二部分是来到地球后先是很激动,可一天下来发现人们不友善,总是嘲笑他;他饿了也没人帮助他;Disco 里又暗又吵他不喜欢,很失落;第三部分是重返地球。绘本通过相关配图和文本语境及故事中Moony生动的表情动作,让学生深刻地体会主人公情绪的变化。

全文配、蓝、红、绿为主色调的图片,在Moony经历了一天地球生活后,又以灰黑为主色调体现人物情绪上的失落

学情分析

本节课的授课对象是小学年级学生,在学习了Holiday之后,学生对假期生活这一话题有初步的句型储备,如:Who,How,What,Where,Why疑问词引导的特殊疑问句。学生能够运用句型解读封面并预测文本信息学生在五年级就已学过一般现在时态,对于文中大部分的内容都是能理解的,并能作出基本的交流。备课前通过与学生交流,了解到他们对假期生活很感兴趣,会用happysadexcited等单词表达内心感受年级学生善于观察,绘本学习兴趣浓厚;热爱表演,有较强的表现欲;勤于思考,有一定的思维能力和语言基础。教师在教学过程中可以设计趣味性强且有思维含量的活动,减少固化的语言框架,增加学生自主表达的机会。

教学目标

1. 通过融入绘本情境理解并学习spaceship,astronaut,bored,telescope,ladder等生词;

2. 通过图片环游、想象预测、合理评价等方式引导理解文本主要情节和脉络培养学生的思维品质;

3. 通过谈论Moony的地球之旅,引导学生运用英交流,渗透情感,探究旅行的意义;并通过感受Moony的心情变化,理解绘本所表达的情感态度:East or west,home is the best
