设计意图

1.教学目标：

（1）      能够听懂、会说、会读卡通故事中出现的词汇：Father’s   Day, Mother’s Day.

（2）      能够流利地朗读卡通部分，理解故事情节并简单表演对话。

（3）      引导学生在节日里学会感恩，并能简单表达Happy….   I love you!等。

（4）       能正确朗读字母组合th在单词中的发音/e/。

2.教学目标设计依据：

（1）教材分析：

   本单元的主要教学内容是“中国的主要传统节日”，围绕着“节日时间、活动和食物”开展。在第一课时story   time中，学生已经基本能表达介绍节日的信息“…is   in ….People…”第二课时Fun   time在story   time学习的基础上，进行了语言知识的强化和有关语言交流的适度地拓展。本课的Cartoon   time和Sound   time教学放在本单元的第三课时，卡通讲述的是Bobby和Tina在讨论母亲节的时间和活动等，这个版块为学生学习语言知识、理解故事情节等提供了鲜活的语言材料，本单元Cartoon   time中并未出现新词新句，Father’s   Day, Mother’s Day虽然是本课才出现的词汇，但是单词在三年级的时候都已经学过，主要的难点还是卡通中日期的表达on   the second Sunday of May和人物的活动。因此，cartoon   time版块的教学可以通过趣味故事的阅读，帮助学生强化语言知识，训练语言技能，同时通过适当地文本拓展，培养学生的发散思维、想象能力、综合表达的能力及大胆创造的能力。结合cartoon   time中出现的th单词自然过渡到sound   time，由于这里的单词都发浊辅音/e/，因此对sound time的处理稍作调整，将下一单元的内容提前。

（2）学生分析

本单元的主要教学内容比较接近学生的生活，学生对此类的话题学习非常有兴趣。而且Cartoon   time所讲述的故事鲜活、生动、有趣，学生们很喜欢。但母亲节和父亲节毕竟是西方的节日，有很多同学对此不是特别了解的，还需在课前收集好相关的资料。教师将通过在语篇前、语篇中、语篇后的一系列教学活动，强化语言知识，培养学生的听、说、读等多方面的能力，另外通过开放性问题的巧妙设计，在激发学生兴趣的同时，培养学生的理解能力、探究能力、思维能力、想象能力等，在整体理解文本的基础上形成一定的阅读学习策略，同时通过适当的文本拓展，培养学生的发散思维、想象能力、综合表达的能力及大胆的创造能力。Sound   time部分学生读起来是存在一定困难的，th的发音必须分清楚清还是浊，而且基本没有规律可寻，学生只能多读，从而培养一定的语感。
